Grocery Retail & Food Apartheid in Rochester, NY
This project was created for my Urban Economy and Spatial Patterns course at the Rutgers Bloustein School of Planning & Public Policy in spring 2022.
It examines the changing nature of the food retail marketplace in Rochester, New York and how those shifts have contributed to a system of food apartheid.
This was originally created using ArcGIS Desktop, but has been reconfigured and expanded using ArcGIS Pro and adapted into an online interactive Story Map.
